MIDDLEBURG, Va., April 28, 2017 — The Town of Middleburg is pleased to announce that the Middleburg Community Farmers Market will open for the season on Saturday, May 6 from 8 a.m. – noon. The Middleburg Community Farmers Market is located at the Middleburg Community Center’s (300 W. Washington Street) graveled parking lot, surrounded by grass and is partially shaded by mature trees. The Middleburg Community Farmers Market will be open from 8 a.m. – noon, every Saturday from May 6 through October 28, 2017.
Local vendors will offer many unique products at the Middleburg Community Farmers Market this year. Returning vendors for the 2017 season include:

Some of the produce that will be available during the 2017 season include, micro greens, herbs, pickles, and a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Other local purveyors will provide free- range eggs, grass-fed beef and lamb, hops-flavored candy, scones, breads, cake and pie by the slice, quiche, pastries, cookies, whoopee pies, local honey, jams, a variety of teas, over 15 flavors of kombucha, one of a kind quilted items, pottery and much more!
This year’s market will also feature an artist tent, where local artists can display their work each week. A non-profit tent will also be available for non-profit organizations to distribute information. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve the artist tent or the non-profit tent.
