Administration
The Town Administrator is responsible for the proper administration of all affairs of the Town; for the control and supervision of all Town departments, employees and property; and, for the preparation and implementation of an annual budget, as well as any other duties as prescribed by the Council.

Economic Development
Middleburg's Business and Economic Development Director is responsible for implementing the Town’s business support, recruitment, marketing and economic development programs, as well as generating business development goals and strategies.

Finance / Treasurer
The Treasurer's responsibilities include collecting, depositing and investing Town revenue; managing Town financial records; payroll and benefits; accounts payable; utility billing; and assisting with the annual budget and audit.

Planning & Zoning
Planning & Zoning staff provide professional guidance in planning for the future of the Town and promoting the health, safety & general welfare of the community. Planning services include long-range/comprehensive planning, current planning, transportation planning and historic preservation. Zoning services include zoning administration, permitting, enforcement and information services.
