Loudoun County is undertaking a complete rewrite of its Zoning Ordinance, and they have recently released the first draft for public comment.
The Town of Middleburg strongly encourages all residents to review the draft Zoning Ordinance language and provide feedback to the County. We specifically encourage you to focus on Chapters 2 and 8.
