JOIN US FOR THE MIDDLEBURG INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
The Town of Middleburg is excited about Independence Day festivities on July 4, 2024. The events for the day are listed at the bottom.
We know that there is the chance of showers and storms during the day tomorrow, along with high temperatures. Please be prepared for these weather impacts:
- Bring shade to stay cool
- Bring water and other methods of good hydration (no alcohol permitted onsite) - In the event of severe weather (in particular, storms with lightning), the Town will announce that patrons need to seek shelter. If so, we encourage you to find shelter in your vehicle, your home, or another safe spot.
The Town will open the Town Hall (located one block away at 10 West Marshall Street) for anyone needing a safe place to congregate.
- At the conclusion of severe weather, patrons will be encouraged to return to their viewing spot for the fireworks.
- The Fireworks show will be held unless severe weather occurs at the time of the event (estimated at 9:15pm).
