Cars Parked on Washington StreetMiddleburg is a walkable town and we strongly encourage residents and visitors to avail themselves of this healthy and easy form of transportation. If you arrive via automobile, however, free public parking is available in a number of locations throughout the community.

Electric Vehicle Charging Options

There are multiple options for charging your EV in Middleburg, including:

  • Town Hall - 10 West Marshall Street
    • Level 3, DC Fast Charger - CCS1 Connections
  • Liberty Street Parking Lot - 12 South Liberty Street
  • Middleburg Library - 101 Reed Street
    • Level 2 Chargers provided by ChargePoint through Loudoun County Government

Public Parking Locations

Pendleton Street Parking Lot (Methodist Church) - Across the street from 12 S. Pendleton Street

This lot is an eight-hour parking lot, offering 26 public parking spaces.

Liberty Street Parking Lot - 12 S. Liberty Street

This lot offers 19 eight-hour parking spaces, 4 electric-vehicle charging spaces, 3 disabled persons parking spaces, and 4 permit parking spaces.

Atlantic Union Bank Back Parking Lot on Federal Street (Weekends Only) - 105 W. Federal Street

This lot is an three-hour lot, offering 22 public parking spaces.  It is available to the public on weekends and holidays only.

Town Hall - 10 W. Marshall Street

There are 41 public parking spaces and 2 Level-3 EV Charging spaces at the Middleburg Town Hall for use by the public. During business hours, these are limited to 3-hour parking.

On evenings and weekends, these spaces are available with no time limit.

No overnight parking is permitted, and please follow all signage related to government and police reserved parking spaces.

On-Street Parking

The majority of the on-street public parking is available on Washington Street. On-street parking spaces can also be found on:

  • Federal Street
  • Liberty Street
  • Madison Street
  • Pendleton Street
  • Pickering Street

While the majority of the spaces are three-hour spaces, some are eight-hour spaces and a few have no time limits. Check signage for more information.

On-Street Public Parking Space Rental

The Town Council has adopted a policy with regard to the rental of on-street public parking spaces for the purposes of building maintenance, deliveries, moving and special events. Application forms with the appropriate payment, should be submitted to the Town Office, located at 10 West Marshall Street. For more information, call 540-687-5152.


Parking Permits (Liberty Street Parking Lot Only)

The Town of Middleburg offers parking permits for use in the Liberty Street Parking Lot. Permits can be purchased for $320 annually (or $160 for a six-month permit). Only ten permits are available and can be purchased on a first-come-first-serve basis. Permits are currently available for purchase.
