2025 Middleburg Oktoberfest - CALL FOR VENDORS!
The Middleburg Arts & Community Events Committee invites artists to take part in the Middleburg Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event is being held in conjunction with the Middleburg Oktoberfest.
The 2025 Oktoberfest attracted approximately 4,500 visitors to the festival. Oktoberfest will be held on South Madison Street and Federal Street. We will have have two biergartens, live music, authentic German music and dancers, and activities for kids.
We welcome all types of media - paintings, pottery, sculpture, fashion, and photography. The number of spaces available is limited to fifteen (15). This is a juried event and, if selected, artists will need to bring their own 10'x10' tent (white top preferred - no tarps).
Applications will be accepted until August 1st; however, artists will be admitted on a rolling basis until all exhibit spaces are filled. GET YOUR APPLICATION IN NOW. SPACES ARE LIMITED. Once accepted, the non-refundable registration fee and the temporary business license fee must be paid within ten (10) days to reserve your slot. Participation fee is $70, which included the $10 business license fee.
