Joint Meeting of the Middleburg Town Council and Planning Commission

In October 2023, the Town of Middleburg hosted a community workshop to discuss recent development patterns in the established neighborhoods of Middleburg, particularly those areas zoned R-2, such as the Ridgeview neighborhood. Click here for a map of the R-2 districts in Town.

The results of the community workshop are available here and will be discussed at a joint meeting of the Town Council and Planning Commission held on May 20th at 6:30pm. Meeting materials are available here.

We encourage you to attend this meeting to hear the discussion. The Town Council and Planning Commission will receive a briefing on the report, discuss the findings, and consider what next steps are appropriate in response to the community input.
