    The Town of Middleburg is looking for the perfect candidate for the Market Manager role. This is a part-time , 20-hour per week seasonal position that runs April-November 2023.

    This position requires the Market Manager to 

    -  Be on-site every Saturday from May 20th-October 28th from 8AM-2PM for setup, market management, and breakdown. 

    - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

    - Must be able to communicate during the week to vendors and volunteers via email/phone

    - Capture photos during the market for social media content

    We're looking for someone who is:

    - Passionate about food access and sustainable agriculture as vehicles for social change

    - Excellent communicator; skilled at engaging with diverse stakeholders and personalities

    - Strong people and project manager; adept at solving problems

    - Committed to making local food spaces diverse and inclusive

    **Compensation based on experience**
