3. Middleburg Community Farmer's Market Vendor Application

   The Middleburg Farmers Market season opens Saturday, May 20th , 2023 and runs through Saturday, October 28th. Hours of operation will be 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Vendors may not move their vehicles until 12:10pm for safety sake. Once accepted by the Market, vendors may participate for the remainder of the season. . Farmers/producers are expected to attend every Saturday for the entire season.

   All approved vendors are required to attend the Middleburg Farmers Market Planning Meeting on April 26, 2023 will have a virtual option to attend. If you are unable to attend, you must schedule a separate meeting with the Director of Business Development, Ali MacIntyre by virtually or in-person.
